Couples Boudoir Experiences Now Booking
Below, you will find our Studio Rules, our FAQ that has ALL the stuff you are probably dying to know and also the session types and pricing. As there are lots of different scenarios with couples, we have a few different options available so sessions can be done as a full couples experience or an addition to a full ladies’ experience.
Couples sessions are being introduced on a trial basis until the end of August at this stage.
So What Exactly Is Couples Boudoir and What to Expect with Our Team
Entering the world of couples’ boudoir photography allows us to explore intimacy and connection between partners. It's about capturing the purest form of love, trust, and intimacy shared between two people in a relationship. Contrary to the belief of some, a couple’s boudoir is NOT about sex in any shape or form. So setting clear boundaries right at the beginning to make it clear that our focus is on capturing those special moments between couples, that emotional connection. These moments can include shared glances, tender touches, and unspoken words that bring a couple closer together. Whether it's quiet moments or loud laughter, serious conversations, or playful banter, our photographers will fully guide you along the way regarding posing, so that we can celebrate your bodies while capturing the essence of your relationship.
It's important to remember that the real magic of a couple’s boudoir session lies not only in the stunning photos you will receive but also in the experience itself. It's a chance for couples to connect on a deeper level, to communicate and express their love and affection in a space that's both safe and affirming. Whether it’s to celebrate a wedding or anniversary or just to celebrate their love in general. What better way to add a little spark than to have this experience together.
Studio Rules Regarding Couples Sessions
We have established certain guidelines for our couple’s sessions to ensure that our all-female staff feels comfortable and to give our clients a clear understanding of boundaries and expectations during the sessions. Unfortunately, particularly women in the industry, can sometimes find themselves in vulnerable situations so we have done this to ensure that everyone has a clear understanding of expectations. And not only to protect our team but also make sure that our clients feel 100% comfortable that they aren’t pressured into doing something that they also aren’t comfortable with.
Couple Sessions are strictly non-sexual. Anyone who crosses the boundaries set will see the session stopped immediately. This includes touching yourself in a sexual manner or touching each other’s genital area.
Full nudity is not allowed during couples sessions. We don’t have to get naked to achieve the results we are after.
Both members of the couple are expected to show up to the pre-consultation and if this doesn’t happen, the session will be cancelled. Unless you are a past client and I have met you both previously, this needs to be clarified before your consultation.
There will be an assistant present for every session.
Sessions cannot be booked as a surprise. As much as I love surprises, it is something we need to get full permission for including contracts signed by each participant. And this cannot be done without them knowing.
Both parties are expected to sign a contract outlining these conditions.
Full session fees and minimum order amounts are to be paid before the session and No refunds will be given if anyone breaches the set boundaries.

Couples Taster Session $495
For those who want a little taster without the full experience.
Included -
Tailored session for two
Pre-consultation in the studio approximately half an hour.
One Hour fully guided Portrait Session with Kristy and assistant
1-2 looks (this will come down to time frames)
Same Day Viewing and Selections of Images
You can expect to be at the studio for 2-2.5 hours on shoot day including all of the above. Our product menu is the same as our full experiences.
Minimum Order Amount is $1000, so total minimum spend is $1495. These sessions can be back to back so is strictly one hour max for shooting. No add on’s for extra time are available.

Add On Option $495
Available for those ladies who book a Full Boudoir Experience and would like a shorter couples session added on.
Included -
Your partner to meet at a later time for a 30-45 minute mini session. We do ask that they do not stay for the entire time as it can affect the flow of the session.
They will be required to attend the pre-consultation with you for at least enough time to cover the basics and boundaries.
Please note this is only available for clients who pre purchase Collection 2 or above in their full boudoir experience.
A few FAQ that you are dying to know -
Can I change the session fee to suit?
No, session fees are set considering many things and I cannot change them according to what each client may or may not want. Things like access to the client’s closet and or refreshments are optional things to enhance an experience but you don’t have to use or have them. Session fees are not deducted if you select items to take out.
What Do We Wear?
This is something we cover more in our one-on-one consultations before a session. However, people are generally wondering more so for their male partners. Just like women, many men aren’t comfortable in their bodies either so of course them as well as you being comfortable is the number one priority. Men can wear jeans and a top, some go topless if they wish. Jocks are also acceptable for those comfortable in doing so. This generally covers as much as they will need and are things we don’t have in the client’s closet.
Do We Need professional hair and makeup?
It is highly recommended hence why it is included in all of our full experiences. Even for those who aren’t used to wearing makeup, our artists are incredible at working with you to give you a look that is perfect for you to make your best features really pop.
What happens if my male partner becomes visibly aroused?
Men are more than welcome to leave their jeans on if they are worried about it and don’t stress the images will still be stunning. As this can happen but it generally isn’t an issue at all. However, there is nothing to be embarrassed about if it did. But if it happens, we ignore it and move on but of course, if he needs to take a moment to cool down that is fine too as we want all parties to feel comfortable to move on.
Generally, during a session, clients may find that it doesn’t seem as sexy as what you see in the final images. Hence why the above issue shouldn’t be an issue at all.
This is for a few reasons:
Like my ladies-only sessions, all images are ‘posed’. I may ask you to have a kiss or move your hands in a certain way etc but it’s not like we throw a bed out and ask you to go for it. It’s not that kind of shoot. I pose you in certain positions to get optimal lighting and angles etc to get the best shots. One thing we cannot ‘pretend' or ‘pose’ is those looks, the soft touches that you have between you both - the connection that we encourage.
You will be 100% guided with the poses and some positions aren’t the most comfortable.
You have me generally up close and personal with the camera (hence why it’s important to meet me prior) and we also have an assistant in the studio.
We are usually having a good joke and giggle so having a sense of humour is a must ;)
Are you going to see genitals?
No. Even with my ladies-only sessions we never photograph the genital area. We have strictly no full nudity with men in the studio and we also don’t allow full nudity by either party when doing images together.
How intimate are we allowed to get in the session?
Of course, I want your photos to reflect your relationship and closeness, however, I strictly do not allow any sexual activity at the studio at all. There is no reason at all that there is any need for this during a session as we are not shooting pornography. If I feel like things are getting too heated we will move on and if any member of the party keeps pushing boundaries or being inappropriate the session will be stopped immediately.
I understand that some couples may want these kinds of photos and that is perfectly fine however I am not the photographer for you. For those wanting erotica photos, you need an erotica photographer.
Can we have Individual Photos during the session?
99% of a couples session will be couple-only shots but it all comes down to the type of session you book. You will see above, that we do have options for add-ons to a full boudoir experience for more of a mini couple session. Or for those who are in a Lesbian relationship, we do have an option for that.
I have more than one partner, can they both be included?
For those in a polyamorous relationship, we can quote according to your specific needs. You will be looking at either the Full Couple Boudoir experience or the Girls Girls Girls session as a base and then we adjust accordingly. Feel free to reach out with a rundown on your needs so we can quote the session fee and minimum spend amount accordingly.
Why are Couples Sessions More Expensive?
You will see that sessions are a little more expensive, and this is for a few reasons.
Shooting Time Goes Up - Having 2 people to pose tends to take a little more time to achieve the outcome we are after.
More Admin - We need to do twice the amount of contracts etc so a little more admin time is needed.
More refreshments required - As we offer our clients mimosas and or other refreshments during the session this is included for your partner as well. We don’t want them to miss out.
Longer Editing Times - When it comes to editing, we have two bodies to edit not just one and as every person is different this usually means both parties require different editing.
We do have multiple payment options available including cash, card, prepayment plans for those who have 6 weeks or more between booking and their session date and interest-free payment plans for those approved with Pay Right Australia for up to 9 months.
Hair and Makeup -
For Female/Male couples, he can either come in and watch some television whilst she is getting ready or sit and chat or he is welcome to meet at the studio at a later set time. For female/female couples wanting makeup for both, this will be available as an add-on and will generally require a second artist coming in on the day so needs to be known by the pre-consultation at the latest.
Do we both have to go to the viewing to select images?
For the viewing of images, he doesn’t have to stick around or come along if he doesn’t want to. I do ask the person who books the session to be at the viewing appointment.
What is available to order?
The items on our Ladies Menu will be available to order for our Couples sessions also. The only different thing is the session fee and inclusions and the Add On’s available.
