But I don’t have the confidence…..

Contrary to what many believe, at least 90% of our clients come in BECAUSE they lack confidence NOT because they are confident. It’s a funny thing but as women I think it’s easy for us to look at others and think that they have confidence when the truth is we all have our insecurities and not that many who come in are full of confidence at all. In fact, 95% are nervous and or anxious beforehand because it’s way outside their comfort zone with most never done anything like it before.

The unfortunate truth is that most of us will go on with our lives because we cannot get over that fear that holds us back. But SOME of us know that that feeling of fear is exactly what we need for growth and working on that confidence.

That is one of the reasons I call these empowerment sessions. Taking hold of that fear and turning it into something beautiful!

99% of ladies say they are doing it to try and LOVE their bodies, to find confidence within themselves, to try and get back in touch with their inner Goddess that has been lost over the years. Sometimes as women we need to see ourselves from a different perspective instead of the overworked, tired Mum/wife/sister that may have been struggling for years. Sometimes that struggle is hidden so it’s easy for others to think otherwise.

Some ladies who come in have gone through a divorce, some nasty breakups and are left feeling a little broken, so want to signify a new beginning for themselves. Some have been emotionally abused and have no confidence at all.

Some are looking for acceptance of the things that they don't love which again 99.9% of women can name at least one thing.

My job is to empower YOU to love the body that you are in, for what it is in this very moment and create beautiful keepsakes to look back on and remember that feeling. That empowerment helps with confidence and for those who already have the confidence it just builds on it.
