Booked in and ready to go! What Happens From Here?
Firstly Yay! I am so excited for you. I know it can sometimes be a little scary so you may have mixed emotions right now. Maybe excited mixed with nerves which is totally normal. If you are Mum you probably feel that Mum guilt because you are actually doing something for yourself for once! Just remember you are worth it and remember WHY you are doing this. This blog is just to let you know what happens from here! Even though those who have actually booked would have a good idea because we would of covered it on the phone ;) I have created a process on the lead up to your session to try and create ease for you.
After the Booking Call
After you book in, you will soon receive two emails. The first will be a welcome email and have a full rundown on what we had spoken about and it will have the Pricing Guide attached.
The second will have your contract attached which needs to be signed electronically. This is the final step to complete your booking. From here you can go have a look over the pricing guide to get an idea on what you may like to order when it comes time.
Pricing and Pre Payment Plans
A few days after you book in, you will receive another email to find out if you have any questions about the pricing guide and to see if you would like to take advantage of one of our pre payment plans. If you do, we set up a call to go over any questions and/or to set up that pre payment plan for you. Pre payment plans involves a little more paperwork but don’t worry again you will be walked through it. Pre payment plans are usually done for those who book at least 6 weeks in advance.
Pre Consult (approx. 4 weeks before your session but may be closer)
At the time we book in your pre consult, you will receive a questionnaire. This will ask a range of things so I can get a good understanding on how to create the perfect session for you. It will have questions like what music do you like, what are your favourite features of your body and are there any areas of your body you are self conscious about. All of these things we again go over at your pre consult so I can really design a session catered for you when it comes to posing etc. This is a non negotiable for me because I want the experience to reflect you as an individual and it is the best way to make you feel 100% comfortable.
I aim to do the pre consult 4 weeks before your session. This allows plenty of time for you to get any extra items you may want to incorporate or for myself to get any extra things we may need for you. In saying this, bookings that are shorter we can hold the pre consult sooner if needed.
14 Days Prior (or closer if you have a shorter booking timeframe)
The remaining $250 booking fee is due and you will receive an invoice for payment.
1 Day Prior
If you haven’t set up a pre payment plan or already done so, your minimum spend for the order will be due. This comes off your order at the time of your viewing appointment.
Then all that is left is the big day! By now I hope you are super excited. Remember I am here every step of the way to make sure you have the best experience and you feel as comfortable as possible.
